Sarah Gagnon honored at Union College's Prize Day

Sarah Gagnon, of Glastonbury, CT, was recently honored at Union College's annual Prize Day celebration.

Gagnon was given the Oswald Heck (1924) Irwin Steingut Prize, given to the student majoring in the social sciences who has consistently done the best work in political science. She was also awarded the Horatio G. Warner (1826) Prize, given to a student of high personal character who has the highest scholastic standing in the Bachelor of Arts program.

Union College, founded in 1795 as the first college chartered by the New York State Board of Regents, offers programs in the liberal arts and engineering to 2,100 undergraduates of high academic promise and strong personal motivation.
