Rachel Refkin graduates from Union College

Rachel Refkin, of New City, NY, graduated as a member of the Class of 2015 at Union College during the college's 221st Commencement exercises on Sunday, June 14.

Refkin graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in History and French and Francophone Studies. Refkin is a 2011 graduate of Clarkstown High School North.
