Max Caplan honored at Union College's Prize Day

Max Caplan, of Niskayuna , N.Y., was honored at Union College's annual Prize Day celebration.

Students were honored for achievement in academics, research, service and governance. Caplan, a member of the Class of 2016, was honored with the Victor Herbert Prize, given to the student who shows the most promise of making a contribution to American Music. He was also awarded the Robert G. O'Neale Prize, the Charles Alexander Richmond Prize in Music and the Daniel F. Pullman Classical Prize.
