Lutao Xie Makes the Dean's List at Union College

Lutao Xie '14, a Mechanical Engineering major and a resident of Dujiangyan, China, was named to the Dean's List at Union College for the 2012-13 academic year.

Xie is a 2010 graduate of Chengdu Sanyuan Foreign Langua.

To make Dean's List, students must receive a 3.5 grade point average for the entire academic year. They also must meet several other requirements to be awarded the honor.

Union College, founded in 1795 as the first college chartered by the New York State Board of Regents, offers programs in the liberal arts and engineering to 2,100 undergraduates of high academic promise and strong personal motivation.
