Antonia Batha will travel during Union College's winter break

Antonia Batha, of Los Alamos, NM, will travel during Union College's winter break.

Batha, a member of the Class of 2018 majoring in Gender, Sexuality & Women's Studies , will travel to southern portion of the United States, studying the Civil Rights movement including meeting with activists and visiting historic sites.

Union College offers a diverse array of study abroad programs for its students. Union is ranked #7 in the country by the Princeton Review for its study abroad program, and about 60 percent of Union students will study abroad during their time at the College.
